FAQs

  • Your first visit begins with sharing your story. We’ll then complete a thorough assessment to understand your condition and what matters most to you.

We’ll review treatment options together, create a home exercise program, and set out a clear plan to help you get back to the life you love.

  • Physiotherapy goes far beyond injury recovery. It can support mobility, post-surgical healing, pain or movement limitations, sport-related conditions, chronic conditions, balance or vestibular concerns, and the natural changes that come with aging.

It also plays a big role in prevention by improving posture, building strength, enhancing performance, and reducing the risk of future injuries.

  • Please complete your intake forms ahead of time and wear comfortable clothing you can easily move in-shorts for lower body injuries, or a tank top/t-shirt for upper body injuries. If needed, we can provide clean shorts, a shirt, or a gown.

  • Every person and every concern is different. After your first assessment, your physiotherapist will recommend a plan tailored to your needs and goals, including how many sessions may help you most.

  • We require 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or missed appointments are subject to the full appointment fee.

This helps us respect your therapist’s time and offer the spot to another client who will benefit from the appointment.

You can update or cancel your appointment in JaneApp up to 24 hours in advance. After that, please email info@physioclarity.com.

  • A full initial appointment is the best way to start. It gives us time for a thorough assessment, hands-on treatment, and a personalized plan.

We know schedules can be tight, so a short initial appointment is available. It covers the essentials, but treatment time is limited and continues in follow-up sessions.

Whenever possible, we recommend booking a full initial appointment for the most beneficial start to your care.

  • Same-day bookings are accepted, depending on availability. Appointments can only be made online through our Bookings Page in JaneApp. Please check there for current openings.
